The Board of Commissioners meet every second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm in the Community Room.
Tenant Association Meeting
The tenant association meets monthly on the first Friday of the month. at 11:00am in the community room. Dates subject to change, see calendar on lobby bulletin board.
The goal of the Tenant Association at Pompey Hollow is to build a sense of community within the building by planning social activities.

Emergency Preparedness Committee
The Emergency Preparedness Committee meets annually in January, at 10:00am in the community room.
This committee meets annually in January to develop an emergency plan. The committee is comprised of seven tenants, the Executive Director, and Maintenance. An After Action Review meeting is scheduled after an event to review the effectiveness of the response action taken.
